Highly opinionated by personal experience: - worst management - high on politics - 6 month probation so that can fire u in 1 day. Guess how “often” they do it - bootlicking survival tactics - shut your mind keep ur brain at home and then come to Work - very high attrition rate as young peopel cant cope to Orthodox views Suggestion: since glassdoor wont allow for any detailed negative review to be written about how bad life is within mmtc pamp , suggest you ping any ex-HR or Ex-employee and find out. You’ll be shocked & would thank me later in dreams.
