It is an equal opportunity establishment. Most of the top positions are held by women who are doing an outstanding job. They are the largest distribution of content in Africa.
Cons
They hold something of a monopoly right now so even though they are doing a good job, there is no real contender to keep them on their toes and raise the bar in terms of content production.
