      Pros

      - Great Team atmosphere - Kind People that are easy to get along with - Open Door Policy ( Can really ask any question you want without the fear of looking silly) - Interviews are really open and ask what you want to do in life and why you see yourself at MNP. -

      Cons

      - Orientation takes a while, lots of stuff to go through and leaves you drained mentally at the end of the day. - First two week are rough mainly because the tasks are mundane (lectures and powerpoints)
