Pros
The company has an amazing culture and even better people. My onboarding process was easy, quick, and organized. The company has great communication with monthly all staff meetings, water coolers- meetings where the company discusses new discoveries, annual offsite gatherings, and more. Employees are not left in the dark with company news and are encouraged to participate in the company’s growth. The CEO is fun, energetic, and an advocate for females in male driven industries. The office has many perks- snacks, gym, office parties & events, standing desks, and so much more. This is the first place where I truly enjoy the work, people, and company’s mission.
Cons
The company is a startup, so employees may wear different hats. I don’t consider this a true con, but rather an opportunity to be more well rounded.
