Pros

remote work, flexible schedule, have a choice in which clients you work with, you are paid for the # of hours the client has committed to for the month, even if client doesn't end up utilizing you for all of those hours, MOD covers all VAs with group liability insurance, hourly rate is not amazing but higher than many VA agencies, good as income in-between other jobs and/or if you need very flexible part-time work

Cons

new client opportunities are not always plentiful - it can take several months to ramp up to the # of monthly hours you desire, the 'brief' VAs receive about the clients' goals and needs does not always accurately capture what the client actually wants after you start working with them, must continually set and reinforce expectations and boundaries
