      Pros

      I've seen the business grow with investment in people and plant over 11yrs. Great people and teamwork are at the core with a mix of many long serving as well as more recent arrivals. An ever evolving business which provides new opportunities to expand your knowledge and stretch yourself. Clear expectations and a good degree of autonomy can be expected.

      Pros

      A flexible role where you manage your own time and requires you to use some of your own initiative. Excel skills are extremely valued. There are extra perks from the company.

      Cons

      There is a little bit of a blame culture, but mostly between departments. Business has grown beyond its current staff capacity.

      Great management team who are always willing to help and share their knowledge as well as offering help and guidance. Always a chance of progression within the company - hard work and willingness to learn is rewarded.

      A curry smell isn’t always great when you’re hungry!
