Cons

Progression is limited. Not much sideways movement internally.

Thanks for you 5 star review, much appreciated! In terms of progression, we have a Commercial Career Framework that sets out the capabilities so team members can proactively manage their development and expectations are clear. With that, we have seen several moves. Currently there are several projects running that can give stretch, so please chat with your manager about where you can get involved. Pros

If a company set out to create the perfect Glassdoor review, it would probably have competent leadership, clear communication, realistic workloads and a culture that valued its employees!

Cons

And if a company set out to convince employees that being perpetually understaffed is actually a "growth opportunity", they might accidentally recreate the entire business model.

Pros

I really loved the team and learned a huge amount from the department head — genuinely strong leadership and mentorship. The team culture was supportive and collaborative, and the office meet-ups were always enjoyable and well run. It’s a place where you can grow quickly and feel part of something.

Cons

The role was advertised and hired under a “work your way” model, but this quickly changed to a forced 3 day office requirement. This lack of flexibility was disappointing and ultimately the only reason I chose to leave, as it didn’t align with what was originally agreed.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience and for the kind words about the team and leadership. We’re glad you felt supported and were able to grow here. We do want to clarify one point for anyone reading: our current hybrid approach asks fulltime colleagues to spend two days a week in the office (roughly 40% across a month), not three. Teams set anchor days to make in person time useful, and we keep flexibility for life’s realities and business needs. We also offer a “work from anywhere” benefit that allows colleagues to spend up to two weeks a year working from a location of their choice, with manager approval. We appreciate the feedback about clarity and will keep improving how we communicate changes to our model. Thank you again for calling out our culture as a real strength - it’s something we’re proud of and continue to invest in. Lisa Chief People Officer
