Pros

There is an amount of flexibility and no one really holds you to any certain standard.

Cons

Small family owned business that picks favorites, all are caddy women which is unfortunate in this day and age. I have personally heard the CEO speak offensively about other employees. Its just a very unprofessional and very toxic work environment.

Pros

Working for MOST/DFW encouraged a collaborative approach with PT and OT to address the needs of pediatric patients. They also had a good relationship with various Montessori and ABA clinics for travel treatment. Various clinic locations across the DFW area make for less of a commute to see some of the kids on your caseload. Millage was also reimbursed up to a certain amount if you traveled to various locations.

Cons

Difficult to take off time as you are were encouraged to secure coverage from other therapists for visits that you would miss while off. May have just been part of the contract world.

Pros

Very much a family environment! Tons of opportunities for growth in this field and this company specifically. I was excited on the day interviewed, and that excitement has only grown since I started working here! Completely different than any other job I've ever had when it comes to management, everyone is super easy to talk to and is always helpful with any questions you may have.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that I wish that matched your 401k!
