Pros
I’ve been working here for almost 3 years and they continue to impress me with the company culture, the way they take care of their employees, and how dedicated they are to promoting their employees’ professional and personal growth. MassPay is focused on the client experience and giving WOW service but they are just as focused on their employee experience. They have a great training program and will hire based on character and skills, not just work experience. I started entry level and was promoted after one year working for the company. They also have no problem compensating their employees well. The managers/supervisors guide and support us and are always on our side. MassPay is a growing company so there are always new opportunities. When I started 3 years ago we had 25 employees and now we have 50+ but somehow they have managed to keep the same culture as we grow. I don’t think I could say enough about working here!
Cons
This is a fast-paced, busy environment so it can be a little stressful at times but there are always coworkers and management willing to help.
