Culture starts at the very top with a very passionate CEO that truly cares about all of the company's people and clients. The core values are consistent from the executive leadership team throughout the rest of the organization. Exciting time of expansion through organic and acquisitive growth. Everyone strives towards the same goals while operating as a true team along the way.

Cons

Small company so sometimes not able to leverage the same resources that would be available at a larger company but other than that, nothing at all.

Ability to work hybrid/remote, that's about it

Cons

Narcissistic management who spend all day on pointless Zoom calls while workhorses get overwhelmed with work and are underpaid. Unless you are a favorite, good luck getting a real bonus or raise. Seen tons of talented employees leave when they realized what's what.
