Salary and overtime could be higher

I know that many VFX companies can be tough and pay can be low. MPC is very nice. At least the nicest company that I have worked for. You get free breakfast. Overtime is optional; sometimes you can get food delivery for overtime. There's also training from other artists if you want to learn from more experienced artists.

The pay is low but it is kind of almost the same as the industry. The workflow is tough to understand. But once you get used to it, it's not hard to work with. Because of the optional overtime and remote working, the quality of work isn't the best and the deadline was hard to finish on time.
