Cons
1) Highly unprofessional in communication 2) No salary on time, the salary is delayed by 3 months, advice to the people who join - please keep enough cash for 3 months at least before joining them. 3) They come to any extend to rob money from you. 4) Fake promises 5) Takes at-least 50% margin from your billing. Contractors take risk and the benefits to be reap by contractors and not agents. Folks please remember the agents can take only max of 15 to 20 % margin in any contracting work. This agency takes minimum of 50% margin from your hard work. 6) False transparency- for example they say they take margin of only 5% , but when you cross check with the end client they take at least 50% margin. 7) Folks please try to avoid consultancy like this and try to join some good agency. 8) If you have no choice, please negotiate well on salary before joining.
