I was ready to quit 3 days into working for MRSpokane. The pay scale is continually changing. The owners would not pay you if they were out of town, they would wait until they return, leaving you in a financial bind. If you quit, make sure you have your commission check first, they wont pay you per your contract if you leave. The management is also puts people down, talks disrespectfully to others. No room for career advancement.
