Lots of opportunities for growth. In my short time at the company, I was able to evolve into several distinct roles, each with their own unique strengths and opportunities to learn and grow. The drawbacks of a smaller organization means that the company and the teams within tend to face large challenges, crunch times and need to evolve quickly to remain competitive. This typically thins the herd, but those who step up and accept the challenge are often rewarded. Another downside of this agile environment is that policies regarding work-from home are strict and limited, and the company relies on employees working full time in office to ensure the company can maintain its high standards of quality.
