You will receive training, and support is always available from upper management and other employees. If you are a person who can manage themselves and their tasks well with minimal intervention, a self-starter who can speak up when they need help, you will do well. If you need someone to micromanage you and plan your day for you in order to meet your milestones, you will struggle. I don't view these things as cons, but they may be for some people.
