Not even National Holidays. # Compulsory leaves on Christmas which deducts from salary. # No written policies, it's as per situation and always in favor of company. # False people in management. # No ethical values. # You give extra hours to company, it's your favour towards company for paying you whole year.(Words of Top Management). # For top management, No of years as experience of Employee is just a number.
