We respect the views of past and current employees whether positive or negative. Our overall employee engagement scores are good and improving and most people working at MSCI are happy to be here and highly engaged. Something obviously occurred with this person to cause such unhappiness and the total lack of balance since as we know people and organizations all have positives and negatives.
