Brand name opens doors, allows for interesting meetings Relative freedom to do your job, as long as everything is on target Good theoretical research, intellectually challenging Better organized processes than some larger organizations
Cons
Squeezing every last penny out of clients and employees has created strained relationships. Even small or token concessions are not considered, making for one-sided relationships and disengaged employees. Career development and mobility are empty phrases, be careful not to get ripped off in a relocation. Micromanagement and for an organization of this size incredible inertia. Unusually high concentrations of yes-men and robots - the long timers.
