      Great corporate values and lot of initiatives to ensure continuous improvements. They focus a lot on a sense of belonging. Great team spirit also cross functionally

      Cons

      Limited development opportunities in certain areas when working in an affiliate. It seems that the best opportunities are with the commercial part of the company.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
