The culture at MSI is laid back and relaxed, very positive. The vast majority of my teammates are genuinely helpful and collaborative. Management does their best to accommodate scheduling needs. Good Benefits, 401K, Paid time off, and sick time can accrue.

I cannot think of any cons at this time. In the past, we ran into issues with 'no work' but that hasn't happened in quite a while thanks to Management & Sales!

Interesting reviews from my former coworkers. I have a different view. When I worked thier for 3 and a half years, I was always treated grate. My manager John was helpful in traning and my fellow cube mates were a blast. (To the reviewer who said there was 'no talkin', thats simply rediculous.) From company partys on the holidays to incredibel benefits, I loved it. I went to work for a competitor when for an extra $2 per hour and that was a bad mistake. I would go back in a second if I hadn't had quit.

Really none. Its far from where I live so the drive sucked. All the way down in the DTC. Grate benefits (health , K401, dental, vacation.) , but there was no disability. I would not rate this place on someone who was fired after 2 weeks. Most of the employees I met worked thier for many years.
