Pros
Easy work if you can handle all the stress.
Cons
Everything! Pay is a disgrace. Promises are made that are never kept. Meet times are anywhere from 2am to 7am and there is no guarantee when you get off. You have to open to work 7 days a week, not a life outside of the job and able to go on overnight trips at any point. A schedule is given out but that doesn't mean much, you can be called in at 3 in the morning to go to a store. You are basically 24/7 on call and are given no thanks for it. Not to mention, you are barely paid for your drive to the store and if you finish the store, they don't pay you for the up to an hour and half you sit around and wait for the supervisor to finish up. They treat you like slaves and the pay shows it. It is a revolving door for employees due to the way they are treated. Can't even keep management around for longer then a year because they get beat into the ground.
