      Easy training provided Very safety oriented Competitive wages

      Cons

      They are a union based company. This could be good and bad, in this case im referring to a negative point, being, all opportunities for job advancement and open job positions were given by seniority regardless of skill or work ethic

      Always shortstaffed and being given new rolls to accommodate being short staffed

      Great company, supervisors very respectafull.

      Salary at beginning is low in my opinion, but it improve depending on you.
