Pros

The people I worked with were excellent. The projects were interesting and I found good opportunities for advancement. I enjoyed my time there.

Cons

As you have seen in other reviews, a huge problem at MTM is nepotism. There is no way to get around this. HR knows about this. Friends of the family are hired into positions they are not qualified for. Family friends steal from the company, but they still are respected more than you. One time the company set bonus criteria and we worked hard to meet all the criteria. The company elected not to pay the bonus. There was also an occasion where there were no annual pay raises for staff, but management voted themselves a generous bonus. Can you believe that? The company lacks direction. Projects are launched without studying return on investment. The result is the company has scattered its fire. Projects are not prioritized. Almost all projects are prioritized as Number 1.

pay is decent, meeting the people you take to appointments, being independent

There is no help. You do have a driver support to call for rides and they have been the most helpful. The team manager over you that is supposed to assist you with problems you only have a text number. When I have tried to contact to ask questions I get no response. When you email MTM about questions they are rude and don't actually read the emails you send and direct you back to your lead who doesn't respond to any messages. They do not give you access to marketplace to choose your trips and instead they throw all rides not in order but all over the place. Having to spend hours rearranging and turning back rides because it conflicts with other rides. They don't even look at distance or time. Sometimes it will say to pick someone up and take them to an appt an hour away and then they want you to drive back an hour and do trips for $10 and then drive back to get the other person. People who have worked there a year should be allowed access to marketplace we know our town. It would be easier to be able to select the trips and route. Gas is too high to make unnecessary extra trips.
