Pros
I get to work from home & gather experience at a Help Desk job. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get past it the job I have is fairly enjoyable.
Cons
There is no official policy on pay raises, so I really have no idea if I will ever get a raise, or how high the incremental change would be.
