My superiors trust me and my capabilities and will give me a task and let me run with it. I have a lot of support to provide suggestions to improve activities for our customers. The compensation is very generous with 401K matching, and ESOP benefits. I have had opportunities for growth, but while I am currently in a phase of my career where I am not interested in growth, the company has permitted me to focus on doing well where I am with the option to start taking growth opportunities again when I am ready.
