MTSI truly believes in its first core value - "Employees Come First." MTSI primarily provides systems engineering and technical assistance to very discrete US Government organizations meaning its people are its number one resource. MTSI is also employee owned so we ensure that we take care of each other first so that we deliver excellent support to our customers.
Cons
There are no significant cons. However, as a small company, we do not have a lot of overhead so our people need to be self-starters.
