Pros
Management is thoughtful and dedicated in business expansion. Bank seems stable. Benefits were decent but deteriorated after adopting Union Bank's policies.
Cons
Discouraging for bright young employees starting out (they value grey hair, age, which I suppose is part of Japanese culture).
