Many: salary below industry average, awful HR policy/management, no recognition for performance both in terms of bonus / promotion only loyalty (Japanese culture), if you are not Japanese and you are not in the right department you might as well leave the bank there is no point being there. One of the main selling points was that they didn't fire as much/often as other banks but that's changed in the past few years (as other reviews also seem to point out)...
