Dysfunction at its best - Vice President Solution Architecture MUFG Employee Review

Organizational disarray, lack of focus on anything, buzzwords and nebulous direction rain down from management, but no clue for implementation, adding staff only brings more conflicting viewpoints on direction, multiple departments trying to solve the same problems in different if not conflicting ways. Everyone is in CYA mode to justify themselves and make someone else the culprit for why things go south. Started each day working there in dread of what circus show would I be thrown into to dance my way out of.
