None at all, minimum national wages, overtime with no pay, workers treated like animals, unless you are white European. HR ignore any complaints made. No pros.
Cons
Strong company culture of bullying, discrimination against Asians (or those with working-holiday visas) by white European workers, harassment and victimisation. HR will cover it all up and turn to victim-blaming if complaints are raised. Submit claims directly to the court.
