Crazy turnover - Software Engineer MWM Employee Review

The team at MWM is truly impressive. They are innovative, hardworking, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the company's success. I feel fortunate to be a part of such a talented and driven team.

Nothing to say for the moment.

You should join this company if you are really interested in its success. If you are involved, loyal and actively contribute to the curve, you will be rewarded very well. But if you are not passionate about the topic, you will have a hard time here. Compared to other startups, I noticed and appreciate MWM actual monetary rewards on a yearly (even 2x year) basis. I've never seen or heard of the same consistent rewards in other startups. + nice stuff like parties, seminars..etc. Very important - positive business outlook, the company is in a positive curve.

Unfortunately some experiences depend on the direct manager. Most of them are very reasonable and helping, but some need to catch up in order to not turn great talent away.
