Office work above minimum wage. Without experience start out as a leasing consultant with guaranteed small raises every year. Flexible with class schedule if going to college. Education and experience considered for accelerated promotion. Clear career and benefits ladder with promotions possible nearly every year. Friendly coworkers. Once in management you are given an apartment to live in rent free. Lots of coaching. Hard to get fired unless you give up.

Pseudo competitive atmosphere for getting details right. Lots of details. High learning curve. If you are good at memorization no problems. Sometimes there's either very little to do or too much to do depending on the time of the year.
