1. Lot of learning scope 2. CEO is good technical person and easy to approach 3. You will get great experience in health care domain mainly into radiology 4. If client likes the way you work then it is very easy to get the onsite opportunity 5. People are very friendly and down to earth

1. Skill upgradation is very difficult once you get 3-4 years of experience, specially if you are into testing practice. 2. No canteen facility 3. No many clients too much dependent on one client for the projects 4. They don't have dedicated QA leads/architects
