Pros

They treat you like gold to get you in the door; that's about where it ends.

Cons

They treat you like gold to get you in the door but treat you like you're expendable once you're there. There are a handful of young hotshots at the top of the chain and they have NO idea how the business world works. They will lie to your face and say that they agree with you, only to reverse their words minutes later. Managers tell you your ideas are not good enough (and then steal openly steal them). They look at patients as "numbers". They are openly hostile to staff and dismiss it as their "culture". They will mass fire people with no warning. They have posted every job in the company on job boards (regardless of if the positions are actually filled or not) with lower salary ranges than the current employees make. They claim they want innovative problem solvers but they shoot down any idea they didn't come up with themselves. The top managers are rude and don't directly address most staff (they go through a middle management proxy) unless they are approached. They hired several people, put them in positions with little or no training and are very open about telling people that it's their own fault for not "figuring" out their new position on their own. They have scores of negative reviews on Yelp (go look if you don't believe me) and an "F" rating with the BBB (again, go see for yourself). They interviewed people for positions already filled and told potential applicants changes to various positions that were never discussed with staff that already holds those positions. Essentially, this place is a paperwork mill and the patients and staff are all a means to an end. There's not compassion, no respect and worst of all, no sincerity.

Pros

The only good thing about this place was the paycheck.

Cons

No proper training for new providers. They care about quantity, not quality. They don’t value you as a person. If you’re not making them enough money, they fire you with no warning. They don’t pay out your earned vacation time. (I will be asking for this in all future contracts) lesson learned! Bad enough they give you zero notice. The patient care coordinations have no idea what they’re doing. They’re supposed to be there to make your life easier, instead it’s just the opposite. I even had one call in a controlled meditation ((that I did not order)) with my DEA number! Did I ever hear back about that???? Nope. No consequences for that person either! Scary!!! Zero consistency. They have policies in place, yet they tell you to blatantly disregard them. Don’t trust anything they say. They say over & over again how they “care” about patients, well that is a flat out lie. They care about 1 thing—- money.
