Pros

Not really anything that would be worth mentioning. Many of the employees were nice but did not see the deception within the business model. This job was not described as a commission only, 6 day a week job that is almost 60 hours per week, standing the majority of the time. It was advertised as an entry level marketing job for a management program. In reality, it is simply a direct marketing business that uses young talent to sell services within Walmart and other locations.

Cons

There is no base pay as all money comes from commission sales which are held for 30 days. You will not be paid until this time period lapses. In addition, the company did not advertise themselves correctly during the interview process and expected an employee to give the majority of their week to this enterprise. If you want to stick out the 30 days, enjoy impulsive sales tactics, and the flexibility that comes with this, then the job will be right for you. Also there are other companies associated with this one if you are to search where Mr. Macnamara used to be employed. The reviews for these companies are poorer and have a history of fake glass door reviews. Hopefully glass door will have a better screening process for the reviewer or allow individuals to report business like this one. They feed off of young talent and are indirect when answering questions about the business. It is slightly disturbing to see that Xfinity would allow themselves to be associated with a business that does not even train the employees very well on the product which is being sold.
