Working at Machina Labs has been a very rewarding experience. There is always an interesting challenge to tackle and management gives you the space to get your job done without too much meddling or pointless meetings. Everyone is welcoming and there's lot's of very smart and interesting people around to talk to.

There are only 3 electric vehicle charging stations. Free lunch is only a few days a week.

As a startup with only a few dozen employees and minimal management layers, individuals who require extensive supervision or lack self-motivation will find it challenging to thrive here. 2. Career progression paths are not clearly defined or well-established at this stage.
