Interesting work, lots of freedom to work from home and set your hours, and I got my name in the acknowledgments of a book. Also I loved the application process - no interview, no social nonsense, just a very work sample.

The amount of work they gave me was very inconsistent, so some months were busy and in others I made next to nothing. Also the general subject matter of why humanity is almost certainly doomed began to get on my nerves after a while.
