      Benefícios, time de pessoas, estrutura e flexibilidade. Excelente escola onde você pode aprender com pessoas altamente qualificadas. Uma porta de entrada para melhores experiências futuras.

      Cons

      Gestão de pessoas, não existe plano de carreira. Ambiente Sem incentivo de crEscimento. As pessoas que estão na supervisão e gerência estão há anos e não há nenhum tipo de mudança ou abertura de oportunidades.

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
