I love it. I've been here for a few years now. MCS is great. Other business units I haven't worked in, but they don't seem anywhere near as good.

The AI push recently is a bit annoying and overhyped

We are encouraged to perform at our best while having a life outside work. - Hands on learning, and opportunities for development and growth, clear career pathways, and regular access to training (including certifications fully funded by the company). - Working with the latest cloud technologies – never boring, always challenging in the best way. - Nice salary, strong bonus structure, and regular team events that actually feel fun, not forced.

Honestly, none that I can think of. Every workplace has its challenges, but here they’re addressed quickly and openly. Nothing that detracts from what is a genuinely positive experience.
