Pros
the culture that was promoted at the time I was hired was awesome, great co-workers with a great work environment; but it had deteriorated steadily over the 2 years I was there. The stars I give is a reflection of what is was when I left.
Cons
•company future uncertain •despite company motto of "delighting customer", they really pressure the customer to use their exclusive software/platform that has a lot of bugs, causing lots of backlog and gaps in processes. Customer are NOT delighted. This is a nightmare for PMs.
