Nothing much as i was only there for less than a few months

No clear structure, boss always try their luck

Small setup, no red tape. The bosses are the only ones making the real decisions. so the hierarchy is very flat. Also because they change their minds ever so often, the work environment is very "dynamic. Really a good place that helps employees to develop and groom their patience, EQ and ability to turn a blind eye. They are also deft at side stepping business issues and potential lawsuits. A good place to be if these are skills which appeal to you.

No business ethics, senior management who have their heads in the clouds and do not understand the reality of working with partners in the real world. Very presumptious, thinking that even government should make exception for them because they are special and have the most irresistable product solution for anyone who is "smart" enough to work with them. Which makes them unbelievably naive at the same time.
