Pros

Great perks is pretty much all. I was still fresh out of uni when I entered this job. Not great for someone who does not enjoy drinking. Responsive executive assistant. There are not too many perks at this company, unfortunately, just flexibility with your schedule.

Cons

People here are behind your back but nice-to-your-face type of people. Knew that I was not liked as much so someone else was hired to take my position at the end. The training was very disorganized, with not too much to do, or rather maybe I was not going to be given much for training because I was not liked. I am glad I was let go of here because the toxic environment was too much. You are better off getting out of marketing and going to a place that is a bit more structured.

Pros

The best thing is the trust and autonomy to do my job. They care about results, not micromanaging. Also, the culture is great, and there are a ton of cool people who work there, making it a really fun place.

Cons

Project management could be better, but overall, it's not bad.
