Pros
To this day I still talk about my time at MagCanica. They are the reason I enjoy working at small companies, where everyone feels tight-knit and approachable, and you always have the sensation that you're role is impactful to the company as a whole. They people are superbly friendly, and they still send me a holiday card every December, even though I haven't worked there in years!
As an intern, the projects I worked on were quite exciting, and gave me excellent hands-on experience working with fun hardware.
The atmosphere is friendly with an air of casualness; there's a foosball and ping-pong table to help everyone destress, and plenty of coffee for everyone :)
