Pros
Well thought out, smooth hiring process. HR department had no problems with document flow and remote work. Althought it wasn't paperless but still surprisingly smooth and transparent. Were flexiable enough at letting me go on a short holiday with my family, which wasn't planned well in advance. Sent me some company's merchandise (a T-shirt, bug and sports water bottle) to another city, which was nice. Paid for a gym membership once. Or I could choose an additional health insurance.
Cons
High turnover of staff in development, QA and management teams. Which says a lot already. Lack of work\life balance: you don't 'fit' company's culture, if you're not ready to work overtime and get burned out in a year or two. Negative atmosphere: 'put the blame on that guy' kind of way at dealing with failures. In essence, the company just lends its employees to Russian banks and companies affiliated with the Russian government. Do not help you in any way at your professional goals, which was promised during the job interview.
