Ok, but not great - Anonymous employee Magentrix Employee Review

Sadly, the company culture isn’t their strength. The HR department is very weak, with few examples of real leadership and many bosses with ego. No defined company values. If an employee makes a mistake it’s exposed as a bad thing instead of a learning experience. People are afraid to speak up. New ideas are not encouraged. It’s an OK place to work but that’s it.
