Place is absolutely rife with sexism, favouritism and preferential treatment for those who are "accepted". I was here a matter of months and left as soon as possible for a new job when it became apparent what the culture of this place was.

New hires are subjected to 3 days a week in the office, while the rest of the team remains 100% remote
The company does have some huge bottlenecks, but are working to address them, but it does place strain on teams
There seems to be millions of managers
Very much an Australian / UK divide, but we still work well together, just with delays and late/early meetings
