      Pros

      The company had us working four ten hour days (evenings), which allowed us to have three days off. The supervisors were nice.

      Cons

      The company likes to screw you every which way they can, someone gave them seven months notice for vacation, and a week before they left the company told them if they went they were fired...no matter what this gentleman said they did not care, they fired him.

      Pros

      It has great potential. There is great work life balance. Not the "corporate" feeling!

      Cons

      Senior managment is lacking in experience. This in and of itself is not all negative as you have to start somewhere, but decision making ability can at times be sub par.
