      Pros

      The pay is good, you can get extra bonus dollars for signing in early and picking up peaktime classes. The cancellation policy is good. Sick cancellations and emergency cancellations are good as well.

      Cons

      They message you to pick up classes WHILE YOU'RE TEACHING. The ranking system is unfair. Someone can rank up in two days with 10 classes, while someone with 200 hours and mostly five star reviews have not. They have a facebook group but when you ask questions it's considered complaining. They micro manage you outside of work ! JUST SAY NO TO MAGIC EARS.

      Flexible schedule, no pressure, as long as you are prompt.

      Cons

      Classes have been declining after the changes 3 years ago.. Great pity! Wonderful school!

      Pay is pretty good if you can commit to enough hours to earn bonuses

      Cons

      hours are Beijing time, so very early morning in the US They have switched to homeroom classes, so you can't just open your schedule on days you are available and get scheduled, which was what made this attractive before as a filler for when other jobs weren't as active
