If you upset the wrong people by being willing to offer new ideas they will actively work to get you removed. HR care about the top ppl only and find scape goats lower down even if they are innocent of the problem if your not friends with the right managers you won't last or progress hostile environment bullying culture New ppl pushed harder than those with 2 years service Crunch is "optional" but those not signing up for it don't last long and are bullied dusty poorly environmentally controlled work areas.
