9yI’m sorry to hear that your separation paper was not promptly provided to you, however I have followed up and I have been reassured that this matter was resolved several weeks ago. I completely understand how frustrated you were, and I would certainly be frustrated as well if I had been in your situation. However, your use of profanity and yelling at the employee who was trying to help resolve the matter, was not appreciated.
The People & Culture team is committed to providing great customer service to all employees- current and past. I do not, however, expect our team members to be subjected to verbal abuse and profanity. I wish you the best of luck at your next professional endeavor.
